Please complete the form below and attach your signed voucher to submit your registration for the CompTIA Virtual Tech Support Training & Certification course. You can leave the section on your voucher marked Student ID blank.

Your voucher must meet the following criteria. Failure to meet all four requirements will result in your registration being rejected.

  1. Your voucher must be signed. Need your voucher? Click here.
  2. Your voucher must be attached as a PDF.
  3. Your voucher must be valued at $3,000 for full-time Associates or $1,500 for part-time Associates
  4. You must take the Wonderlic Personnel Test. To do so, click here.

Career Choice has a new registration procedure in place. Please read the following carefully:

Once you submit your registration, you will receive an email from CompTIA ONLY if there is an error with your application OR if you did not pass the Wonderlic Personnel Test. If you do not receive an email from CompTIA within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) of submitting your registration, your registration is in good standing and has been passed along to Career Choice for official review.

Career Choice will then review your registration and send you an official approval email. If you do not receive an email from Amazon within 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday) of submitting your registration, you should contact Career Choice Help at https://www.amazoncareerchoice.com/Help#

Once you receive your official approval email from Career Choice, expect to receive an email from CompTIA within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) with instructions on how to purchase your training.

*CompTIA reserves the right to cancel an event due to circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If CompTIA cancels an event, registrants will be offered other available cohort dates. If registrant declines other cohort dates, a full refund will be offered.
